Programs at Graduate School in Çankaya University, by providing an education at world standards, aim at following the recent developments in science and technology, performing high quality scientific research, publishing quality articles in the world’s leading journals and carrying out interdisciplinary studies. These programs help students gain skills they will need to compete in the job market, expand their carrier options and develop their professional networks.
In Graduate School, there are 23 Non-Thesis and 25 Thesis Master’s programs. In addition, there are 9 Ph.D. programs. Of these total 57 graduate programs, the medium of instruction is English in 32 programs and Turkish in 25 programs.
Minimum scores for English are in terms of YDS. Equivalent scores from following exams are also acceptable: YÖKDİL, TOEFL, UDS, TOEFL IBT, CAE, CPE, and PEARSON PTE Academic. Home Edition exams are not accepted. The English proficiency exam held by Çankaya University is also accepted for Master’s and for Ph.D. programs by foreign applicants.
ALES or equivalent GRE/GMAT is not required for Master’s programs with and without thesis and for Ph.D. programs for foreign applicants.
For Non-Thesis Master’s Programs, applications by foreign applicants is assessed based on only undergraduate GPA
For Thesis Master’s programs and Ph.D. Programs, applications by foreign applicants is assessed based on master’s GPA and/or written exam and/or oral exam.
Written exam, oral exam and English proficiency exam (all exams required) are held online for foreign candidates

Lectures are conducted in evenings after 6 p.m. during weekdays at Balgat Campus, which is only one-bus ride away from downtown, Kızılay.
